Mandarin Chicken Dinner

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Millet 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cooked chicken 8 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin orange 10 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (Water Packed, 1 Can)
Directions

In a large saucepan combine water, celery, millet, and green onions.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or till liquid is absorbed.
Stir chicken, water chestnuts, and soy sauce into the millet mixture; heat through.
Gently fold in orange sections.
