Ingredients
  Grilled chicken breast strips 9 Ounce, diced (1 1/2 Of 6 Ounce Package)
  Thinly sliced red bell pepper 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (About 1/2 Medium Sized)
  Thinly sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 1 Stalk)
  Sliced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced vertically
  Frozen petite green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light ranch dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Chopped romaine lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  98% fat free flour tortillas 6 (8 Inch)
Directions

1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Spoon about % cup each of lettuce and chicken mixture onto center of each tortilla; fold edges of tortilla over filling. Roll up tortillas, and secure with wooden picks; wrap in wax paper. Chill.
