|Grilled chicken breast strips||9 Ounce, diced (1 1/2 Of 6 Ounce Package)|
|Thinly sliced red bell pepper||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (About 1/2 Medium Sized)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 1 Stalk)|
|Sliced red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced vertically|
|Frozen petite green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light ranch dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Chopped romaine lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|98% fat free flour tortillas||6 (8 Inch)|
1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Spoon about % cup each of lettuce and chicken mixture onto center of each tortilla; fold edges of tortilla over filling. Roll up tortillas, and secure with wooden picks; wrap in wax paper. Chill.
