Bon Voyage Chicken

  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red bell pepper strips 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped cooked chicken breast 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Canned diced tomatoes with italian herbs 14 1⁄2 Ounce (Such As Contadina, 1 Can)
  Hot cooked ziti pasta/Hot cooked penne 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 4 Ounces Uncooked Tube-Shaped Pasta)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thinly sliced fresh basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated fresh parmesan cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, and saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add chicken, garlic, and oregano,- saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes,- reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add pasta and black pepper, stirring well. Place about 1 1/2 cups pasta mixture into each of 4 bowls, and top each serving with 1 tablespoon basil and 1 tablespoon Parmesan.
