|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coriander leaves||4 Bunch (400 gm)|
Wash thoroughly and cut the chicken into medium sizes.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until light brown.
Add finely chopped corainder leaves and saute until it is dry and dark in color.
Remove from flame and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces slightly.
Add water, lemon juice, corainder-onion mixture along with salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat until water is reduced to half.Add beaten eggs and stir well for 5 minutes.
Add dates and cook for another 5 minutes. Can add more water if required.
Best served with bread or rice.
