|Seasoned dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boneless chicken breasts||2 , split (Skinned, Pounded Thin)|
|Spaghetti sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
In small mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika.
In shallow dish, blend egg and water.
Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture.
In 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, arrange chicken.
Pour spaghetti sauce over top and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Convection Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
