Baked Honey Coconut Chicken

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breast 1 Large (deboned, skinned, cut into 1 -inch cubes)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Flaked coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Blend mustard and honey in small bowl. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then roll in coconut.
2. Place chicken cubes in single layer in large well-greased baking pan. Bake until chicken is golden, about 8 minutes. Turn chicken over; bake until golden, about 8 minutes longer.
