Luscious Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts/2 chicken breasts, boned 1⁄2 Pound, boned (225 Grams)
  Oil 37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoons)
  Fresh lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Green onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Soup stock 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Wine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Brown sugar 37 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoons)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Cornstarch solution 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wine 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Ginger juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cut chicken into 1 1/2" (4 cm) squares; marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat and stir-fry chicken for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except cornstarch and lemon. Mix well and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 minutes. Add lemon slices and continue to cook for 1 minute.
3. Thicken with cornstarch; garnish with extra lemon slices.
