Luscious Lemon Chicken
|Chicken breasts/2 chicken breasts, boned||1⁄2 Pound, boned (225 Grams)|
|Oil||37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoons)|
|Fresh lemon juice||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Green onion||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Soup stock||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Wine||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Brown sugar||37 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoons)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Cornstarch solution||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
|Ginger juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. Cut chicken into 1 1/2" (4 cm) squares; marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat and stir-fry chicken for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except cornstarch and lemon. Mix well and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 minutes. Add lemon slices and continue to cook for 1 minute.
3. Thicken with cornstarch; garnish with extra lemon slices.
