Low Calorie Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skinless boneless chicken breast halves 24 Ounce (6 Halves, 4 Ounces Each)
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture boils,- set aside.
Arrange chicken in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish with thickest portions towards outside of dish.
Cover with wax paper, and microwave or HIGH for 10 minutes.
Drain off drippings, and rearrange chicken.
Brush chicken with sauce.
Cover and microwave or HIGH for 9 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done, rearranging chicken and brushing with sauce after 5 minutes.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
