  Skinless boneless chicken breast 10 Ounce, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 Breast)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Dried marjoram leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place chicken pieces in 9-inch pie plate.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
