Batter Dipped Chicken
|Frying oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Instant pancake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Whole chicken breasts||3 , skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Hot mustard/Sweet and sour sauce||To Taste|
Heat oil in deep fryer to 370°F.
Combine pancake mix and milk in shallow dish.
Season with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in batter, coating well.
Fry in batches until golden, about 1 minute.
Drain on paper towels.
