Taco Chicken Wings
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Chicken wings||3 Pound (Tips Removed And Cut At Joints)|
|Crushed corn chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In paper or plastic bag combine flour and taco seasoning mix.
Add 2 or 3 chicken pieces at a time; shake to coat.
Melt butter in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan.
Place chicken in pan, turning once to butter surfaces, then roll in corn chips and return to pan.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
