Steamed Oysters With Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless, whole chicken breasts 2 , split
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Pine nuts/Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small Clove)
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon, toasted
  Shucked oysters 1⁄2 Pint, shucked
Directions

Chop chicken.
Combine chicken, egg, pine nuts or almonds, green onion, garlic, sesame seed, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Turn chicken mixture into 9-inch pie plate (or another shallow heat-proof dish that is at least 1 inch smaller than steamer rack).
Arrange oysters atop.
Cover with foil.
Over high heat, bring water for steaming to boiling.
Place pie plate on steamer rack over boiling water.
Cover and steam for 20 to 25 minutes or till done.
Spoon off any excess liquid.
