Jellied Chicken Almond

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Diced chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)
  Chopped blanched almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), toasted
  Halved seedless green grapes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Cool slightly; combine with mayonnaise, whipped cream, and salt.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 6 to 8 individual molds; chill till firm.
Unmold on lettuce.
Trim with stuffed olive slices, peaks of mayonnaise
