Jellied Chicken Almond
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Diced chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)|
|Chopped blanched almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), toasted|
|Halved seedless green grapes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Cool slightly; combine with mayonnaise, whipped cream, and salt.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 6 to 8 individual molds; chill till firm.
Unmold on lettuce.
Trim with stuffed olive slices, peaks of mayonnaise
