Tangy Cornish Hens
|Cornish hens||2 , split in half|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can / Cup)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Arrange hens in 2-quart (12x7) baking dish, tucking giblets under hens, if desired.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over hens.
Cook, covered with wax paper, 18 minutes or until done, spooning sauce over hens during last half of cooking time.
