Sesame Broiled Chicken

  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Hot cooked noodles/Boiled potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Preheat broiler.
Brush chicken pieces with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place, skin side down, in broiler pan .
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat till lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan cook onion and garlic in butter till tender.
Blend in cornstarch; add water, soy, and bouillon granules.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in sesame seed.
Turn chicken and broil till tender, 15 to 20 minutes, brushing with some sauce the last 5 minutes.
Reheat remaining sauce.
