Chicken With Peanuts

Ingredients
  Spring chicken 1⁄2
  Chinese bead 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chinese mushrooms 5
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Scallion stalks 2
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (Or To Taste)
  Brown bean sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Roasted peanuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch (1 Wedge, Size Of A Corn)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon, mixed with 1 teaspoon water
  Water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil, ginger, and garlic.
Add chicken and sherry.
Stir for 1 minute and add mushrooms.
After 1/2 minute add brown bean sauce solution, scallions, and peanuts.
Stir and add cornstarch solution.
Dish is done when cornstarch thickens and coats ingredients.
Also, all ingredients should be coated evenly with brown bean sauce and molasses.
