Sweet And Sour Chicken

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chickens 2 , boned, skinned and cut into 1/2 inch strips (Use Breasts)
  Canned pineapple chunks 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Pineapple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut in to chunks
  Tomatoes 3 Small, cut into eighths
Directions

Heat oil in blazer pan of Oster Electric Chafing Dish at high.
Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Add syrup, 1/2 cup broth, vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar, continue to heat to boiling.
Combine cornstarch and remaining broth, add to sauce while stirring, and cook until thickened.
Add pineapple, pepper and tomato, and cook over hot water bath at MED setting only until heated through.
