Deviled Chicken Liver Kabobs

Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Fresh mushrooms 16 Large
  Dijon style mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Chicken livers 1⁄2 Pound, halved
  Cherry tomatoes 16
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour some boiling water over mushrooms in bowl.
Let stand 1 minute; drain well.
In saucepan stir together Dijon-style mustard, catsup, butter, Worcestershire, onion powder, and cayenne; mix well.
Heat and stir over medium-hot coals just till butter melts.
Move pan to edge of grill to keep the mixture warm.
Meanwhile, thread mushrooms, chicken livers, and cherry tomatoes each on separate skewers.
Grill mushrooms and chicken livers over medium-hot coals about 3 minutes.
Add the tomato skewers; grill about 3 minutes longer.
Turn and brush frequently with mustard mixture; brush vegetables with a little oil.
