chicken pepper with twist

this is a chicken dish which can be a good appetiser for the parties.
  Boneless chicken 300 Gram
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Spring onions 3 Bunch (300 gm)
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Green pepper 1
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Green chilli sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil/For frying 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Cut chicken in small cubes. Marinate for 30 mins in lemon juice salt and pepper.
Finely chop spring onion, finely slice peppers and mushroom.
Deep fry the chicken till light golden. For healthier option boil the chicken.
heat oil. Add all the vegitables and sauces.
Cook for 2 mins and add chicken. Add black pepper powder. Cook for another 2 mins and the dish is ready to serve.

It was my mom's b'day and we had planned a surprise bday party for her. The menu was too long and i was having a tough time cooking almost 10 dishes. i was suppose to make chilli chicken but it turned out to be something else which was again tasty....!
