Chicken Liver Sauce With Bacon

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3
  Chicken livers 1⁄2 Pound, quartered
  Ground beef/Pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 2 Teaspoon
  Dried sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked pasta 8 Ounce
Directions

In large skillet cook bacon till crisp.
Drain, reserving drippings.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook chicken livers, ground beef or pork, and onion in the reserved drippings till meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in wine, tomato paste, bouillon granules, sage, 1/3 cup water, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Boil gently, uncovered, for 4 minutes.
Stir in bacon and parsley.
