Convection Baked Sweet And Tangy Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 6
  Russian salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Bottled)
  Apricot preserves 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dry onion soup mix 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
Arrange chicken in 3-quart (9" x 13") baking dish.
Combine dressing, preserves, mayonnaise and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken.
Convection Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
