Crispy Chicken Wings With Lemon Dip

  Chicken wings 12
  Oil 1 Liter (4 Cups)
  Wine 22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Ginger juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Soup stock 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Fresh lemon juice 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Marinate chicken wings for 2 hours.
2. Mix lemon dip mixture in a bowl and set aside.
3. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Deep-fry chicken wings, 6 at a time, until golden brown—about 4-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium if chicken is browning too quickly.
