Saucy Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 32 Ounce (Eight 4 Ounce Each)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Apricot jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Catalina)
  Onion soup mix 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Combine the apricot jam, salad dressing and soup mix; pour over the chicken.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
