Ingredients
  Uncooked rotini 8 Ounce (Corkscrew Pasta, About 4 Cups)
  Chopped roasted skinless boneless chicken breasts 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 2 Breasts)
  Fresh corn kernels 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 4 Ears)
  Thinly sliced green onions 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped plum tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated fresh parmesan cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Extra-virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Serrano chile 1 , seeded and minced
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
Drain pasta, return to pan.
Add chicken and remaining ingredients, toss well.
