Baked Spicy Chicken Wings
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red onion||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Hot sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken wings||20 , separated into 2 pieces|
For dip: In small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, onion, garlic, parsley, mayonnaise, blue cheese, lemon juice, seasoned salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Mix well and refrigerate.
In small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, hot sauce and salt.
Place chicken wings in 10xl5xl-inch jelly roll pan.
Brush wings with butter mixture.
Convection Bake at 375°F.
For 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
