Grilled Spicy Chicken Breast Fillets
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed (Small Clove)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Finely chopped cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Skinless boneless chicken breast fillets||32 Ounce, all visible fat removed (8 In Number, 4 Pounds Each)|
In a small bowl, combine first seven ingredients.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Place in a shallow glass dish.
Add lime juice mixture and stir to coat chicken pieces thoroughly.
Cover dish and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Stir several times while marinating to keep chicken well coated.
On a preheated outdoor grill or broiler, cook marinated chicken, turning once, 6 to 7 minutes, or until done.
