Grilled Lemon Sage Chicken

Ingredients
  Skinless boneless chicken breast fillets 6 , all visible fat removed
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped fresh rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh sage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon, cracked
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon slices 6 , cut in half (Garnish)
  Sage leaves 4 (Garnish)
Directions

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Place pieces between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to 1/8 inch thickness with a mallet.
Arrange chicken in a glass or enamel baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon rind.
Mix well.
Pour over chicken and turn pieces to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning pieces occasionally.
Grill marinated chicken over hot coals.
