Ingredients
  Hoisin sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Catsup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Five spice powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (7 Milliliter)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Ginger juice 1 Dash
  Garlic juice 1 Dash
  Oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chicken 3⁄4 Pound, cut into 3" x 3" x 1/2" slices (340 Gram)
  Pork tenderloin 3⁄4 Pound, cut into 2" x 2" x 1/4" slices (340 Gram)
  Green onion stalks 2 , cut into 1" strips
Directions

1. Marinate chicken and pork separately with half of barbecue sauce for 30 minutes. Reserve remaining sauce for basting.
2. Alternate chicken, pork and green onion pieces on bamboo skewers.
3. Preheat oven to broil. Broil skewers for 1 minute on each side. Dip them into the barbecue sauce and coat well. Broil for an additional 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
