Crunchy Almond Chicken

Ingredients
  Blanched slivered almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Thin ginger slice 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
Directions

Place almonds, garlic and ginger root in blender container; cover and blend until finely ground.
Mix almond mixture, salt, paprika, cumin and pepper.
Dip chicken into margarine; roll in almond mixture.
Place chicken skin sides up in ungreased oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
Cook uncovered in 375° oven until thickest pieces are done, 55 to 60 minutes
