Party Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
  Pineapple juice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Teriyaki sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (low sodium)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken breast 2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cube (boneless ,skinless)
  Cooking spray 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag,- add chicken breast. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove chicken from bag, reserving 1/2 cup marinade. Bring reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat,- cook 1 minute.
4. Thread chicken onto 12 (12-inch) skewers, place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 12 minutes or until done, turning and basting with reserved marinade once.
