Spicy Barbecued Wingettes
|Wingettes||12 (Perdue Oven Stuffer)|
|Cider vinegar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||13 Cup (208 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed dried red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed|
Rinse wingettes and pat dry; place in shallow dish.
In small saucepan over medium heat, stir together remaining ingredients.
Cook about 5 minutes or until mixture is hot; pour over wingettes.
Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or preheat broiler.
Remove wingettes from marinade; reserve marinade.
Grill 6 inches from source of heat or broil indoors 25 to 35 minutes, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
