Apple Glazed Chicken Thighs
|Frozen apple juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1 Can)|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Dark brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh thyme leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Skinless chicken thighs||16 Ounce (4 Thighs, 4 Ounce Each)|
1.Combine first 7 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until brown sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, cool completely.
2. Place chicken in a zip-top plastic bag. Pour half of apple juice mixture over chicken, seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 to 24 hours.
3. Prepare grill.
4. Remove chicken from bag, discard marinade.Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray, cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until done, basting occasionally with reserved half of marinade. Garnish with thyme.
