Chicken Broccoli

  Frozen chopped broccoli 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cooked diced chicken 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned condensed cream of chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Cook broccoli in boiling water according to package directions.
Drain broccoli, and spread in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Mix chicken, soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms, curry powder and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
Spread chicken mixture over broccoli.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over top.
Cover dish with foil and freeze.
To prepare for serving, thaw dish, and bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes.
Remove foil, stir to bring colder food in center to the outside; bake 20 minutes more.
