Spicy Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 3 Tablespoon
  Grated peeled ginger root 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Five spice powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt Or Fat)
Directions

Combine first 12 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken; saute 5 minutes.
Add reserved marinade; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
