Boneless Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
  Egg 1 (slightly beaten)
  Corn flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying)
  Onions 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Green chillies 2 Tablespoon, thickly sliced
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Greens 1 Tablespoon (For Garnishing-)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Method for Chicken:
1) Mix together the chicken, egg, corn flour, garlic and ginger paste, and enough water so that the chicken pieces are 'coated' with the batter. Leave thus about 1/2 an hour.
2) Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken pieces over high heat to begin with and then lower the heat till chicken is cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper till required.
For the gravy:
1) Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok, and stir fry the onions in it over high heat till they look 'wet'.
2) Add the green chillies and stir a few times, add the remaindered salt, soya sauce, vinegar, and the chicken.
3)Mix well, and serve garnished with some greens.
