Chicken With Sweet Spices
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Large Clove)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1 1⁄2 Pinch|
|Chicken||3 1⁄2 Pound (1 In Number)|
Combine garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, cardamom, allspice and cumin in small bowl.
Loosen skin from chicken breast, thighs and drumsticks with fingers (be careful not to puncture skin).
Rub or spoon sauce under skin.
Roast as directed in basic instructions, omitting wine-paprika mixture.
