Microwaved Provencal Chicken

Ingredients
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned peeled tomatoes 425 Gram (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Apple 1 , peeled and chopped
  Black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken pieces/4 marylands 125 Ounce
  Button mushrooms 250 Gram, chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a large jug, combine wine, tomatoes, onion, apple, olives and curry powder. Mix well.
2. Arrange chicken pieces in a casserole dish. Pour over sauce. Cover and cook for 25-27 minutes on medium high. Stir during cooking.
3. Stir in mushrooms, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes on medium high.
4. Sprinkle with parsley.
