Best Chicken 'N Dressing Pie
|Dry bread cubes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned cream style corn||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine bread cubes, salt, poultry seasoning and melted butter.
Toss to mix.
Reserve 1 cup.
Add egg to.
remainder; mix well.
Lightly press to cover bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan.
Pour in Filling.
Sprinkle reserved bread cubes over top, pressing into Filling lightly.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
