Spicy Pomelo Salad With Prawns And Chicken
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Fish sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Peeled cooked prawns||150 Gram|
|Cooked chicken breast||200 Gram, shredded|
|Grated fresh coconut||2 Tablespoon|
|Coconut cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried shrimp||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
Peel the pomelo and shred the flesh.
Place the lime-juice, fish sauce and sugar in a bowl and stir to mix.
Then add the prawns, chicken, grated coconut and coconut cream and continue stirring until blended.
Add the pomelo and toss to coat thoroughly.
