Spicy Pomelo Salad With Prawns And Chicken

Ingredients
  Pomelo/2 grapefruit 1
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Peeled cooked prawns 150 Gram
  Cooked chicken breast 200 Gram, shredded
  Grated fresh coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Coconut cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried shrimp 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

Peel the pomelo and shred the flesh.
Place the lime-juice, fish sauce and sugar in a bowl and stir to mix.
Then add the prawns, chicken, grated coconut and coconut cream and continue stirring until blended.
Add the pomelo and toss to coat thoroughly.
