Chicken Breast With Marsala And Peas

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , boned, skinned and halved
  Italian style bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon (Progresso)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Progresso)
  Dry marsala wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
Directions

Lightly coat chicken with bread crumbs.
In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot.
Add chicken.
Saute until brown on both sides.
Pour Marsala over chicken.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken and add peas.
Simmer, covered, until peas are hot and chicken is cooked and tender, about 5 minutes.
