Chicken Breast With Marsala And Peas
|Whole chicken breasts||2 , boned, skinned and halved|
|Italian style bread crumbs||3 Tablespoon (Progresso)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon (Progresso)|
|Dry marsala wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
Lightly coat chicken with bread crumbs.
In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot.
Saute until brown on both sides.
Pour Marsala over chicken.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken and add peas.
Simmer, covered, until peas are hot and chicken is cooked and tender, about 5 minutes.
