Oven Chicken Romano

Ingredients
  Ready to cook broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted
  Seasoned dry bread crumbs 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Grated romano cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dip chicken into butter; roll in a mixture of bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley.
Place pieces, skin side up, not touching in two greased large shallow baking pans.
Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture.
Bake at 375° till done, about 1 hour.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
