Saucy Chicken Livers

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Small)
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon (Or A Cube)
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 1 or 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine butter and onion; cook uncovered, 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Add livers, coating well.
Stir in remaining ingredients except grapes and .
parsley.
Cook covered, 6 minutes or until livers are done, stirring occasionally.
Stir in grapes and cook covered, 1 minute to heat through.
Garnish with parsley.
