Ingredients
  Non-fat sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  Seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 3 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
Directions

In large bowl stir together sour cream, cinnamon and honey.
Stir in all remaining ingredients until well coated.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
