|Chicken||3 1⁄2 Pound, cut up (1 Bird)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Bottled russian dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apricot preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Arrange chicken in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion soup mix, dressing and preserves.
Pour over chicken.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
