|Dry white wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Italian herb seasoning||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Spaghetti sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red pepper flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In 3-quart casserole, place oil, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes until tender.
Combine wine, Italian seasoning, basil and spaghetti sauce.
Pour over chicken.
Microwave at medium high (7) 14 to 16 minutes.
Turn over after 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 5 minutes.
