Chick Peas With Mustard Sage Dressing
|Chick pea||16 Ounce|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Sage||2 Tablespoon, chopped (fresh)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped (fresh)|
1. Drain chick-peas and rinse under cold running water. Drain well.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, sage, and parsley. Whisk to blend well. Add chick-peas and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled
