Honey Fried Chicken

  Frying chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces
  Sherry 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well-beaten
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)

Marinate chicken in sherry for 45 minutes.
Mix seasonings in bread crumbs.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip into eggs, then into crumb mixture.
Fry in shallow oil at 300° until brown.
Brush with honey, then bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes longer

If you want to make it very sweet. When the oil is extremely hot put one tablespoon of honey in the oil and stir and then add the chicken. This is the trick for honey and soy. Marinate the chicken wings with Soy sauce and then put the honey in very hot oil and stir .. add the chicken and bingo honey soy chicken like the shops man. (Learnt this from a asian shop owner)
