Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly squeezed orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole chicken breasts||2 , skinned, boned|
|Burger buns/Burger rolls||4 , split|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Flatten chicken pieces between 2 sheets of waxed paper, using a spatula or mallet.
Arrange chicken in a flat glass bowl and brush with sauce.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook chicken over medium-high heat until done, about 3 to 5 minutes, turning once.
Chicken will be slightly firm to the touch.
Remove chicken from grill.
Arrange lettuce leaf on bottom side of bun.
Put chicken breast on lettuce.
Top chicken with tomato and onion slices.
