Super-Quick Chicken

When you have a prepare dinner in a fizz, this is the recipe.
  Boneless and skinless chicken 1 Pound, cut into bite size pieces
  Potato 1 , cut into bite size pieces
  Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon

1. In a pan, heat the coconut oil.
2. Add in the chicken and potato, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Stir fry until chicken and potatoes are brown.
3. Sprinkle curry powder over the chicken and potato. Cover the pan and simmer for 4 minutes.

4. Serve Chicken and potato with steamed rice.
