Fresco Marinated Chicken
|Savory herb with garlic soup mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice/Vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||1 Pound|
In large nonaluminum baking dish, blend savory herb with garlic soup mix, water, oil and lemon juice; add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight.
On broiler pan or grill lined with heavy-duty aluminum foil, lightly sprayed with no stick cooking spray, arrange chicken; pour 1/2 of the marinade over chicken.
Grill or broil, turning once and pouring remaining marinade over chicken, until done.
